From March 2024, I managed William’s of Winchcombe delicatessen in North Street, delighting customers with tasty new menus and innovative dishes until its closure at the end of October 2025. I have worked in hospitality for over twenty years, opening my very first delicatessen with cookery school and rosette restaurant in West London, back in 2003. After many years owning or managing delis, restaurants and even country pubs, I now choose to serve the community I love, taking my inspiration and ingredients where ever possible from the local rural and farming community, with healthy and affordable options, local suppliers and field-to-fork provenance.
